The producer of: pressure and permanent-mould castings made of Al-Si and Zn-Al alloys with mass of several grams to 9000 grams, heating and cooling units for pressure casting dies, batching units for spreading the raw preparations in the form of granules on the piston and the moulding chamber in a pressure machine.

Stock of machines: pressure machines with closing force of: 1600, 3200, 2500, 4000, 5000, 6300, 6600, 7000 and 9000 KN; hydraulic and manual permanent mould casting machines, casting trimming presses, vibratory units for casting surface treatment with the use of ceramic profiles, shot-blasting machine for the shot blasting of castings, coordinated measuring machine 3D from Mitutoyo, CNC 3D from DEA, a spectrometer JY 16 E for checking the chemical constitution of castings, measuring and control tool and instruments.

According to the customer’s requirements the castings are delivered in an as-cast condition, cleaned and machined conditions or in assembled units. Our means of transport make it possible to deliver the goods to the customer’s warehouse.
